For its first commercial release, Academy is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Registration and the first commercial activity require an explicit declaration. We retain its version and date without asking for a date of birth.
Platform and communities
AVSOF Academy provides tools for creating and joining communities with feeds, courses, lessons, events and videos. Each creator remains responsible for their offering, content, moderation and information shown to members.
Separate plans and renewal
The platform's creator plans are separate from membership plans for individual communities. The €17 price shown for AI Automation applies to that community, not the creator plan. Checkout shows the total price, currency and frequency before confirmation. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled; cancelling renewal in the portal preserves access until the end of the paid period.
Consumer withdrawal and refunds
For contracts concluded online, consumers can notify withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion using Withdraw from contract or writing to the listed contact. The form shows the statement before submission and records a dated acknowledgement, which does not confirm an executed refund. We do not require an advance waiver at checkout. Other legal remedies and the offer's commitments remain applicable. The official European guide to the right of withdrawal for online purchases explains the rule and exceptions.
Renewal cancellation, withdrawal and data erasure
Cancelling renewal stops future renewals and keeps access until the displayed expiry date. Withdrawal concerns the contract and its remedies; it does not delete the account. Contact the controller to close your account or request data erasure. We verify identity and retain mandatory documents.
Video promoters
Each campaign specifies its audience, permitted channels, compensation, duration, usage rights and refund window. Promoters must clearly disclose the advertising nature of content and comply with platform rules and law. Spam, self-purchases, artificial traffic, false identities and earnings promises are prohibited. Commissions become payable only after the sale is validated; even partial refunds, fraud and disputes can reverse them entirely.
Commissioned videos from a brief
Commissioned-video work is separate from the Video Promoter program and does not use referral links or performance commissions. Applying is not accepting a commission. Work starts only after accepting the specific offer covering the fixed fee, brief, delivery, revisions, licence, duration, organic or advertising use and any exclusivity. Compensation is earned after delivery approval; a 'paid' record confirms an external transfer already made and is not itself a payment. Third-party material cannot be copied without the necessary rights.
Acceptable use
Creators, promoters and members remain responsible for submitted data and material, checking AI outputs and respecting applicable rights, privacy and obligations. Abuse, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement and credential sharing are prohibited.
Availability and changes
The service uses external providers and may undergo maintenance or changes. Material changes are communicated proportionately; the version above identifies the applicable terms.
Content reports and moderation
Report potentially illegal content using Report next to posts and lessons or Report content in the footer. Provide the exact link, facts and grounds, your name and email and a good-faith statement. Name and email are optional for the specific exception concerning child sexual offences. Do not upload copies of illegal material. The form provides a private case reference and acknowledgement. Email notification is separate from recording the report.
An authorized human operator reviews the context against the law and service terms, without automated decisions. The outcome states facts, reasons, grounds, scope, duration and remedies. It is made available to the reporter and author without disclosing the reporter's identity to the author. Human review can be requested through the private case or Reports in your account for at least six months after the decision. Requesting review does not automatically restore content. Withdrawing one restriction leaves other decisions and ordinary publication requirements applicable. Content decisions do not automatically change payments or contracts.
Users and authorities may contact info@avsof.com in Italian or English. Where the conditions in DSA Article 18 apply, the operator must promptly inform competent authorities about suspected criminal offences threatening life or personal safety. Judicial remedies and, where applicable, certified out-of-court dispute settlement remain available. Platform-specific obligations and exemptions for micro and small enterprises are assessed against the service's actual role.
